Return Policy

Please read all item descriptions carefully before making your purchase. Please contact Info@awesomewares.com, or call (800) 566.5856, before ordering if you have any questions about an item and we will answer all your questions.
Please note that custom orders and personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a mistake in the embroidery, silk-screening or engravery that is the fault of Awesome Wares, Inc. If you receive a non-personalized item that you do not like, you may return it within 10 days in its original condition and we will mail you a store credit that you may use toward the purchase of another item at www.awesomewares.com. You must contact us for a return authorization number. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges for any returned item(s).

At Awesome Wares, Inc. we value our privacy as well as yours. We will not release any of your personal information to anyone. All online orders made with Awesome Wares, Inc. are handled with the highest security, and include industry-standard SSL encryption. When you enter your credit card number into our order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (coded) form, and then decoded when it gets to us. Shipping

We ship via UPS ground (or Federal Express if you have an account number that you want billed). Rush orders can be shipped next day or second day air for an additional charge. If the item that you order is a stock item we will ship within 3-5 business days. If your order is backordered we will notify you with an estimate of the time before we will ship. Also, we are not in the business of making money on shipping costs. Our price is based on weight, packaging, and destination, and includes no hidden costs. Shipping price is calculated from Northeastern Ohio. Tax

Orders shipped to Ohio will have the applicable sales tax rate based on the purchaser's county specific tax. Residents of other states outside of Ohio are not charged sales tax.
